David Dwinger is a serial tech entrepreneur with a strong focus on sports. Currently he holds positions as co-founder and CEO of ve2ventures, co-founder and President of Estrella Football Group, owner of Cascais SAD, co-founder and CEO of ClubOS and co-founder of PadelPlay. He writes and speaks on multi-club ownership, sports technology and venture building.
Long bio
David started in hospitality, went bankrupt, and rebuilt from there — founding JOGO, a football talent-development platform later acquired by 433, the world's largest football community. That experience shaped how he now builds: ve2ventures, the venture studio behind his current companies, and Estrella Football Group, the first horizontal multi-club ecosystem in Europe.
Alongside the club and venture work, he co-founded ClubOS, an operating platform for football clubs, and PadelPlay, built for the fastest-growing racquet sport in Europe. He writes regularly on LinkedIn about the business of football and multi-club ownership, and speaks and appears in press across the Netherlands, Portugal, Scotland and beyond.
